We are sorry to read such a review, but we would like to clarify a few important aspects for the correct information of future guests. During the stay, the group was provided with varied and properly cooked meals, including chicken, pork, fish, and also vegetarian/vegan options. The claim that the food was monotonous or undercooked does not reflect reality. Regarding the heating, we must point out that the stay took place in August, when outside temperatures never dropped to 4°C. Inside the hotel, the temperature was constantly around 23°C every night, so the allegation about lack of heating is simply untrue. Furthermore, the participants had full access to the entire property and did absolutely everything they wanted during their stay. Every evening they consumed alcohol until late, and our staff remained present at all times to ensure safety and comfort. We consider these accusations unfounded and regret that this review does not reflect the reality of the experience. Our team worked continuously to provide the best possible conditions for the group.
