Service spitze und Ambiente wirklich sehr schön und extravagant. Das Essen ist ok - aber nicht sehr gut! Crudo Vorspeise war ok …. Cozze waren gemischt mit vongole und sehr trocken. Der Sud ohne Geschmack. Spaghetti alle vongole waren auch sehr fad und etwas geschmacklos. Paccheri waren besser aber noch kein Highlight. In allem etwas enttäuscht bei einer Bewertung von 4,8. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience at this restaurant. After being seated, I waited for a long time just to place my order and after placing my order, I waited for a long time and the food never arrived. What made the situation worse was that there was no proper communication from the staff. No one came to check on the table, no one explained the delay, and at one point it felt like there was simply no waiter responsible for our area at all. I understand that restaurants can be busy, and I do not expect everything to be instant. However, being left waiting with no update, no service, and no basic attention is unacceptable. A customer should not have to keep looking around for staff just to find out whether their order even exists. The most upsetting part is that, as an Asia customer, I felt I was being treated differently and ignored in a way that felt discriminatory. I cannot know the staff’s intentions, but the experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. When service is this absent and dismissive, it is hard not to question whether race played a role in how I was treated. Eventually, I decided to leave because the situation became too frustrating and uncomfortable. I came to the restaurant expecting a normal meal, but instead I left feeling disrespected, hungry, and deeply disappointed. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who expects basic service, timely communication, or respectful treatment. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have had in Italy. Stumbled upon Aquamarina and had a lovely lunch. The preparations were fantastic and the dining room was a beautiful, soothing respite. Very highly recommend!! The hotel in which it is situated, Umiltá 36, also looks wonderful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €40–50
