Carpaccio war sehr gut.Ravioli mit Ricotta trocken, eine Portion Ravioli ging komplett vergessen. Parmesan zur Pasta ging 2x vergessen. Papardelle in der Zwischenzeit kalt. Parmesan roch nach Gorgonzola, Zeichen, dass er schimmlig war.Naja….
