We rented a 21M yacht, total dissapointment. The boat was old and stinky inside, literally smelling piss, the matts were not clean. One of friends mistakenly opened a Chivas 12 bottle and poured only one glass, they tried to charge us $100 for that bottle, $50 for a few packs of chips, without informing in advance. The crew was ok, but not the nicest service. Make sure you talk everything in advance.
