The café has very poor hygiene standards, especially in the restrooms. Used paper tissues were scattered everywhere, and there was spit on the floor with no staff member attending to clean it. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable and shows a disregard for customers' health . I hope the management takes immediate action to improve sanitation and maintain a cleaner environment.

I had a great experience overall at this Costa Coffee, mainly because of the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional, which really made a difference. The coffee quality was outstanding—fresh, well-prepared, and exactly what you’d expect from Costa. However, the space is quite small and often feels packed, which can make it uncomfortable, especially during busy hours. Also, the smoking room upstairs negatively affected the experience for non-smokers, as the smell carries through and ruins the atmosphere. Overall, great coffee and service, but the layout and smoking area definitely need improvement. Price per person: E£1–200 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
