The waiter behaved arrogantly from the very beginning, and when part of our group didn’t order anything, he said that he “works on commission,” making it clear that we were supposed to order more Maybe this could somehow be understandable if there had been a line of people waiting for our table who actually wanted to order something, so that this waiter could have earned more from other customers, BUT THERE WASN’T A SINGLE PERSON IN THE ENTIRE DINING AREA EXCEPT US, the dining area was empty, so this comment looked absolutely ridiculous We even asked if it would be better for us to leave if our order wasn’t enough for him, to which he simply repeated that “he just works on commission and so on,” but does the fact that a waiter works on commission really give him the right to spend the whole evening walking around with a dissatisfied face, giving us dirty looks, hinting that we hadn’t ordered enough, and ruining our entire evening with his behavior and attitude??? We believe the answer is no, and we were extremely upset and angry that one dissatisfied waiter managed to ruin our entire evening and our whole impression of the place (even though for the past month and a half we had been coming here almost every week, really loved this place, and recommended it to everyone) And lastly, I want to say that no one should have to justify how much they ordered. Some people only drink water, others have allergies, and some simply don’t want to order anything - that’s every guest’s personal choice. If your establishment doesn’t want customers like that, then say it openly instead of making people feel guilty about their orders, because that is simply unacceptable!!! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations as our goal is for every customer to leave satisfied. However we would explain our side of the situation. During your visit, your group consisted at around 10 people, but only 3 of you placed the orders while the table was occupied for an extended period of time to play cards. Our restaurant operates as a business and our tables are intended for customers who are dining especially during the bussy hours. At no point was it our intention to make you feel uncomfortable or to pressured you to order more. If the way our message was communicated came-across differently we sincerely apologise. We believe that respect should go both ways both from our staff and customers. We hope readers will also understand that every business must find a balance between providing hospitality and maintaining the normal operation of its business.

A very cozy and beautiful place to relax and enjoy time with friends. The atmosphere is quiet, calm, and really comfortable. The coffee is absolutely delicious, because I love not only coffee, but mixed with some milk, syrup, etc - one of the best I’ve had in Vlore. Great service, nice interior, and perfect for both chilling and having conversations. Definitely recommend visiting Code Resto Lounge! Price per person: ALL 1–500 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
