We made a reservation for a birthday celebration, but unfortunately the entire experience was a complete disappointment. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were told at the entrance that there was “no reservation,” which created unnecessary stress from the very beginning. The staff was extremely unprofessional and inattentive. The waiters had rude attitudes and constant passive-aggressive behavior throughout the night, which completely ruined the atmosphere. Orders arrived wrong and incomplete, and the wine service was careless with no proper presentation or tasting. When we asked to speak with the manager regarding the issues, there was no manager available at all. The atmosphere might look nice, but the service quality is far below acceptable standards. If you don’t want your special night to turn into a disappointment, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
