Karoadtrips vor 5 Monate auf Google

We recently had lunch here with colleagues and were warmly welcomed by a very friendly hostess, eventhough we didn't have a reservation. The interior was inviting and had a cozy feel without being cramped. That said, a few of the ceiling spotlights were flickering above our table, which was occasionally distracting—more of a technical issue than anything else. The menus were clear and easy to read, with ingredients and prices well explained. We ordered both a mocktail and a cocktail. The mocktail (or homemade lemonade) tasted a bit watery. The cocktail was served with the remark that it no sugar; if any sugar substitutes were used, it would be great to have that stated explicitly. We didn't read that on the menu and some people don't do well with sugar substitues like aspartane, ... Everyone chose something different—salads, a scampi burger, and focaccia with pulled ribs—and the food was genuinely delicious. Waiting time was a bit on the long side. Portions were perfect for lunch, though they did feel slightly small for the price. Still, considering the location and the freshness and quality of the ingredients, it didn’t feel like poor value. Overall, definitely recommended if you’re in the area: a lovely cozy interior and a pleasant terrace as well. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
