Dire lack of staff who speak Dutch, or are even willing to speak it. English doesn't seem to be a problem then? This has been going on for years, despite the owner's lame excuses

Our staff consists of 4 permanent employees (3 of the 4 are Dutch speakers, the 4 take evening classes to learn Dutch) and 4 students, all Dutch speaking... it is really a shame that we have to answer for this, but you are always welcome.
