It is interesting that such a business has a low star rating. It is on the busiest street of Trabzon but in a quiet environment. Some reviewers stated that there was too much oil or that it was more or less cooked. When I order the pita, I explain to the waiter how my pita should be. I would like it to be crispy, have a thin base, and put it next to the oil rather than in it. And until today, I have always eaten Çardak's pitas with appetite. Thank you Çardak Pide.
