From the picture here, and the hours posted, one would think that this is a sit-down restaurant open from 11-3. I was by today at 11:30, and there was no response or answer there. From the chabad site, it is evident that this is only a take out service, where orders must be placed in advance. Please rectify your google posting so other travelers do not get confused. The chabad kosher store was not open during advertised hours, 7:40 seems to be closed, so I had to rely on fruits and vegetables from Rimi during my 2 day stay.
