Absolutely horrible. The management (at the Petah Tikva mall location) has no idea how to communicate with customers, has no regard for them, and gives everyone in the hospitality industry a bad name.
I will be pursuing this up the managerial chain until I hear that customer satisfaction becomes a priority.

The food is good. Just not enough staff to cope and they get the orders muddled. Tell me why when they know how busy it gets in the summer can they not employ more staff? And training is so important. I'm Israeli living here for 35 years but what about our new olim and tourists who deserve better. Come on Gregs get your act together. More staff trained well and please replace those chairs with the stuffing coming out !!! No complaints with the food but many people will stay away and go somewhere else because of the slow (albeit pleasant) service and orders muddled up!!
