Outstanding Homemade Couscous and Warm Hospitality at Café El Qortbi, Place Petri, Rabat I recently had the pleasure of visiting Café El Qortbi in Place Petri, Rabat, on a Friday, and I must say that it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. This charming café offers a welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious traditional Moroccan food that makes you feel right at home. One of the highlights of my visit was enjoying their homemade Friday couscous. As many Moroccans know, Friday couscous is an important tradition, and Café El Qortbi truly does it justice.
