I placed an order on the evening of 14.02 through the Wolt mobile app, I chose Cafe 36 because of good reviews both on Google and in the wolt application itself, as well as at the time of the order, the approximate waiting time for the order was 50-65 min. Simply put, instead of the promised hour, I waited over FOUR hours for my order. From 18:20 to 22:30, the tentative delivery time of the order was pushed back further and further. I tried to contact both wolt and the restaurant itself to cancel the order and inquire about the status of the order, and whether it is worth waiting at all, because actually the restaurant was already closed. But "miraculously" I don't get an answer either from the restaurant or from wolt. In the end, however, the order was delivered shortly before the 23rd Now for the food itself: I ordered a sushi set of 48 pieces and shrimp in a pickle. Unfortunately, after such a long wait, I am also disappointed in the food and its quality The prawns were rubbery with a bitter aftertaste, suggesting that they were overcooked and that old and overcooked oil was used for frying. Speaking of networks - they were not good either, out of 48 GB - some 5-6 GB were the so-called roll "butts" which are usually not provided to the client. The rolls were uneven, some had too much rice and very little filling, you could feel that the food was made hastily and carelessly Wolt himself later admitted that this situation arose because of the restaurant. In conclusion, the restaurant should seriously work on both the service and the assessment of the situation, as well as the quality of the food.
