Mein Besuch im Resto CDR Chicken war super! Ich war anfangs etwas skeptisch und dachte, es wäre wie bei einer anderen Fast-Food-Kette, aber das Essen hat mich total überrascht. Es hat superlecker und frisch geschmeckt! Das Hähnchen und die Pommes waren zum Beispiel noch richtig warm und die Pommes mit Paprika gewürzt. Die Bestellung am Automaten war easy und ich konnte in Ruhe auf mein Essen warten. Das Personal war total freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch als es ein kleines Problem mit der Rechnung gab. Die Spielecke für Kinder ist ein Pluspunkt für Familien und die vielen Pflanzen im Restaurant machen es gemütlich. Einziges Manko: Es wurde kein Luxemburgisch gesprochen. Trotzdem: Fast alles perfekt! Ich komme gerne wieder. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking garage, Paid parking garage Parking: Es gibt ein großes Parkhaus direkt am Restaurant. Dort kann man zwei Stunden kostenlos parken, was echt praktisch ist. Danach wird es kostenpflichtig. Kid-friendliness: Das Restaurant ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Es gibt eine Spielecke, Hochstühle und sogar eine spezielle Kinderkarte. Wheelchair accessibility: Das Restaurant ist barrierefrei zugänglich. Vom Parkhaus aus gibt es Aufzüge und Rolltreppen, und der Eingang zum Restaurant ist ebenerdig."

Since rebranded to CTR chicken the service is awful. I called to make a telephone order and upon arrival (15 mins as advised) order was not even in the process of being prepared. Staff are not apologetic and blame it on the customer. When order was made specific diet requirements were not adhered to. I was told to open my restaurant and eat from somewhere else, this is the service you receive here. Clearly unable to manage, organise and provide basic customer service. Bring back MESKO and the staff!!!! Part 2 (in reply) The customer is not always right but in this case there were two other customers whom was in full in agreement and also commented how unorganised and unprofessional you are. Let me be clear you had made no note of my order which was clearly discussed on the telephone as you were completely unaware of my dietary requirements when ordered (this is extremely important as to not risk allergic reactions which can be life threatening) it should be part of rule 101 when owning a restaurant and taking orders. YOU told me it would be available in 15 mins and I waited 30 minutes for there was no discussion around it being an approx time. The issue here is you are not able to accept criticism and grow and blame the customer. Here is some advice: 1. When taking a telephone order listen to the order and write it down, if you are unsure ask again. 2. Do not tell customers they should open their own restaurants because you are unable to cope under pressure and are unorganised. 3. Requesting that you fulfil an order which you promised and providing advice that you should write the order down when received is not psychological pressure. 4. You were not out of chicken as the two tenders and three wings which were required had been waiting in the heated storage compartment along with the fries. STOP LYING! Having worked as a waiter in the past I am extremely empathetic and understanding to the restaurant industry however, wrong is wrong. Take responsibility for your errors and lack of customer service. Hello, just because you are a customer does not mean that you will be right in everything. You called and were given an estimated time. However, due to the intensity in the restaurant, which you saw best, our chicken reserves ran out and you, like our other customers, had to wait. Your order was prepared and this time you started to put psychological pressure on the staff with different excuses. We invite you to be more understanding and remind that employees are humans too. As CtRchicken Luxembourg, our primary duty is to serve our customers in the best possible way.
