Nice place, but the main issue was the staff’s attitude. I placed my order and waited, but no one seemed bothered to prepare it. The staff appeared more focused on discussing their own personal matters instead of serving customers. It was also uncomfortable to hear staff speaking Russian in front of customers while service was being delayed. When the burger finally arrived, it was cold. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. The owners really need to improve the service to match the standards seen in other countries — customers should always come first, and food should be served hot.
