I used to really enjoy the food but this latest order has been horrific. Ordered what is held as one of their crowd favorites and regular order for me the Walter White with some Winglets and the burger came without any sauce, dry and overcooked patty, with flavourless winglets (also dry) that tasted like they were coated in a cheap tomato sauce. The only redeeming quality were the chips but the other orders really were beyond disappointing. This isnt the first time as well unfortunately so I'm done ordering or visiting their restaurant Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 350–400 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

This review is inaccurate and does not pertain to Burg-R. Firstly, we have been closed for 2 weeks undergoing a renovation so you could not have ordered from us. Secondly, we do not sell any product called the Walter White and definitely do not stock winglets. A simple google search confirms The Walter White is a product from Burger Mob and not Burg-R. It appears you have placed this review on the wrong establishment. We would appreciate if you deleted this inaccurate review and took more care in future when posting reviews as potential customers put reliance on reviews when considering a new restaurant. It is therefore important that reviews are accurate and factual.

Burger was delicious with fresh ingredients and bun. Beef patty had a very good flavor and chips crispy and tasty. Will be back ! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
