The place is beautiful! But, in my opinion, they take too many birthdays together (I'm talking at least on the day I was there). The inflatable area was a frenzy, children getting hurt every 3x2. I repeat, very nice place, but I would take fewer birthdays or let in a certain number of children at a time.

Imagine everything that could go wrong on a birthday party with friends and that's the Bowling Seventies! My daughter made a reservation for nine and I didn't think to inquire about the cake. We arrive at the place carrying a cake, when the cashier sees me she immediately tells me that cakes from outside are not accepted. It was the first time I went to that place, I didn't know it, but not even my daughter had been notified when booking! The cashier starts a discussion about the cake, without bothering to tell us which table it was, in the meantime she starts talking to another gentleman who had it worse than us: he had booked a birthday complete with food and cake for 350 euros, except then seeing the price arbitrarily increased at the last moment! When we got back to talking, the cashier walked away at least 4 times and when, after half an hour, I asked her what the table was, she didn't seem to find the name and didn't know how many people it had been booked for. So much so that when it was time to sit down there were only 6 seats and my daughter had to ask for an extra chair by huddling with the heads of the table. In the meantime I spoke to the owner, to explain the situation to her but she, although in a kind tone, remained adamant on the fact that the cake would not have been served because they are also a pastry shop (and who knew?), she even told me, at a certain point point, that you know, that everyone tries so hard, in what sense? Did he accuse me of trying to bring cake? If I had known, I would have also saved myself a trip to the pastry shop, but how insolent. I point out that given the unpleasant situation I would never return, I am told that it is better to lose a customer than to create a precedent, since everyone then wants to bring their cake (I wondered if their cakes are so expensive or perhaps not so good) . I hear a waitress talking to the unlucky gentleman from before and saying that in the meantime he had brought out the pizza and chips, then he would have counted the food up to 350 euros, removing the food that according to them did not fall within the adjusted budget.... absurd! I'm leaving, in the meantime my daughter writes to me on WhatsApp that there's no point in going back: they served two sandwiches after half an hour of waiting and the rest of the pizzas after another 45 minutes after some sandwiches (a self-respecting restaurant brings out the dishes all together). He spent the evening, instead of happily with friends, chasing the waitresses for a bottle of water. At the time of the bill they made confusion by wanting to charge her for 3 coffees that she never ordered. Given the mix-up with the food, the boys weren't even able to play bowling (there could have been time from 8pm to midnight). While waiting for my cake to be returned at the end of the evening, I was literally bumped into by a waitress, as if it were completely normal for her. To finish, I had to serve the cake myself in the trunk of the car outside in the parking lot. Does this seem normal to you??????? A. Gentlemen, you have chosen to lose a customer, you. But what's worse is that you ruined my daughter's birthday. How can you think we would ever return to your place? I made a mistake in not reading the reviews on Tripadvisor first. I would also like to point out that my daughter's 8 friends have also understood what is happening in your place and I doubt they will set foot there again. In one fell swoop I think you lost 9 customers.

Our facility has an internal pastry shop, and for management and hygiene reasons, cakes from outside cannot be served.
