I had a CRAVING for a delicious seafood platter ! OB delivered on the food ! But the service lacked. they have employed a lot of youngsters ( which is great ) however you need effective training and an appropriate manager that is there to do a managers job and run your shop and STAFF. The service was slow and simple things that should of been brought to the table (cutlery, soy sauce, wetwipes) we had to ask for, We observed the service and noticed how little the manager was doing during a Friday night dinner service. OB step up on your service training and take note of who you have selected as front house MANAGER !
