Es ist eine gute Idee, besonders guten Lachs, gute Tintenfische und schmackhaftes Risotto zu bestellen. Besonders guter Kräuterlikör wird an diesem Ort angeboten. Es ist schön guten Kaffee zu probieren.
Dieses Lokal bietet die Lieferung von Gerichten für den Komfort seiner Kunden. Schließlich ist das Personal ziemlich effizient. Jedes Mal bekommt ihr eine lockere Bedienung. Restaurant with a romantic atmosphere in a fabulous neighborhood of Rome. Very fresh raw fish. However, I would have appreciated some tartare or carpaccio of more valuable fish such as tuna or salmon instead of cod and mackerel. Excellent oysters. However, I should revisit the first ones which didn't fully win me over. However, the frying is tasty and light. I recommend the decomposed Sicilian cannoli, truly a delight. However, no bitters or digestives were offered by the service to conclude the dinner and the white wine was not served chilled and we had to close the bucket with fresh ice instead of the synthetic one which unfortunately did not cool the wine. We had an early dinner last night at L'estro del Pesce in Rome, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Tucked away in the tranquil neighborhood of Parioli, this gem of a seafood restaurant was exceptionally good. First and foremost, the staff at L'estro del Pesce deserve special recognition. They were simply amazing! From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly greeted by Zhala, the head waitress, who was pleasant and very accommodating. She took the time to explain the menu and various wine options. The chefs, Rajif and William, showcased their culinary expertise and passion for seafood in every dish. We requested an early dinner, as they only were serving dinner at 730 pm and they we very accommodating. To start, we had the Calamari, which was cooked to perfection. The delicate texture and balanced seasoning made it a delightful appetizer that set the stage for the rest of the meal. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the tonarelli with red shrimps and yellow tomatoes, accompanied by pistachio. For the main course, we indulged in the seabream fish, and it was a true masterpiece. The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly grilled. For desert we had the most amazing tiramisu the best in Rome. I wholeheartedly recommend L'estro del Pesce to anyone seeking a top-notch dining experience in Rome Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
