We had a horrable experience there! My sister in law booked 2 weeks before and we came there and there was no booking!service was horrable, we ordered food and waiter 45min and asking where is our food.... o sorry they forgot to put it through... and then the lady that had to sort out the bill could not even work it out for us my sister had to do it for her.... we waited about 2 and n half months for out products and she picked it up and 3 items were damaged...!!! And they dont want to refund us, so im sorry i do not recomend them at all..... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Even though the painting experience with close friends or family is fun, unfortunately the venue, staff and service leaves much to be desired. Also the feedback from the manager/owner about our complaints is quite dissapointing. After our entire bad experience we waited for over 6 weeks for our final products, only to find it damaged and cracked. No refunds. Will not return. Price per person: R 300–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

THEY LOST ALL OUR ITEMS! We thought we would try Bisque It in December 2024. The overall experience was nice, very enjoyable at first. When they left, they said it could take up to 3 months to bake as they need to wait for the oven to be filled. Three months later we tried to contact them and could not get through. Four months passed and we decided to drive to Hermanus and visit the store. We lost our receipt, but showed them photos of our items. When they could not find our stuff, they accused us of lying and said we never visited them. They eventually found a copy of our receipt and a photo that a former staff member took. But they stuck to their position that our stuff was still gone. We asked to speak to the manager and they said that it was a weekend and the manager did not want to be bothered with things like this over the weekend. The manager would call us back in the week. Its been over a month and we have still not received a call from them. Avoid this place! Price per person: R 500+ Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Hi there. We are so sorry for your bad experience and sincerely apologize. I think there might have been a misunderstanding somewhere as it only takes about 1 month for bisque items to finish and then after the 3rd month all items that have not been collected get sent to charity. However I completely understand your frustration. Would you be so kind as to send us an email.
