Vielen Dank an Clarissa und das Bialetti Team in der Via Nazionale, Roma. Am Samstag konnte ich dort eine Bialetti Moka aussuchen und personalisieren lassen. Obwohl sehr viel los war, hat mich Clarissa bestens betreut. Gestern konnte ich die personalisierte Moka schon abholen, auch hier ein super Service von Alberto, der mich per Whatsapp informiert hat. Die Bialetti hat eine tolle Gravur bekommen, ein perfekte Geschenk zu einer Hochzeit. Ich kann den genannten Bialetti Store nur empfehlen - grazie mille!

PG W vor 6 Monate auf Google

I bought 2 moka pots from a lady yesterday in this store. I did not take passport with me. The sales lady told me I can come back today with passport to get "tax refund form/sheet". 2 hours ago, I came back to have form. The sales person refuse to give me that. I do not care about tax refund. What I concern is to walk a long way back and forth the store. Don't trust anyone of the store. I have a good experience in Italy excluding buying something in this store.

This shop completely illustrates why bricks and mortar stores are far more superior than buying online Fantastic service, no pressure, just enthusiastic explanations and a very obvious love of the products shown by the salesman. We were offered a free cup of coffee and received a free bag of same when we purchased our new Dolce and Gobbana pot.
