I’m very disappointed with this place. I ordered two Americanos and was charged €6, which would have been acceptable if the coffee had actually been good. What I received tasted mostly like water, almost as if it was the leftover water from rinsing the espresso machine. What seemed strange from the beginning was that they didn’t even start the coffee machine when preparing the drinks. At first, I thought maybe they were serving some kind of cold brew, but it definitely didn’t taste like one. When I pointed out my concerns, the staff simply started talking to each other in Italian and they didn’t even want to comment on the problem. Instead, they immediately offered me another coffee, but that completely missed the point. The issue wasn’t getting a replacement drink - it was the poor quality of the coffee and the way my concerns were handled. It’s a shame, because this is another place that appears to be focused on taking advantage of tourists rather than providing a quality product and good customer service. I would not recommend it.
