Beim Lesen der Kommentare anderer Gäste findet man leider heraus, dass Personal in dieser Bar ziemlich grob sein kann. Laut der Bewertermeinungen ist Bedienung hier heruntergekommen - seid bereit wenn ihr Bar Atlantique besucht.

What a horrible service.. not as per Four Seasons standards at all. First of all, you need to call for a waiter few times and no one still comes, they give you eye look but then disappeared.. we ordered coffee with sweets, waited for more than 30 minutes and coffee did not come.. we spoke with different staff and even manager everyone just saying “we will check” and then nothing.. some desserts we ordered from inside - lounge at the entrance , they accepted the order but then forgot to bring and asked again to repeat the order when we questioned where is the order.. hilarious.. same happened with coffee, after long wait, we asked “where is the coffee”, they asked us to repeat an order.. what a joke.. we just left and we got so angry. We met one of the managers of Four Seasons at the entrance of hotel when was leaving and left her quick feedback, I hope they will work on it as it’s not acceptable.. waited almost total of one hour and did not have coffee and no sweets..
