I bought two rolls with my son on Ritterstrasse in Krefeld and wanted another cookie. The saleswoman collected €1.89. That was the last money I had and she forgot to pack us the biscuit. When I tried to correct her, she insisted that she was right and I wasn't. I hope she settled the cash register today and realized that she had €0.99 more in the cash register because she hadn't packed the biscuit for me, I'm disappointed and dissatisfied and of course I had to tell my child that I don't have any other money just this €0.99 for this one cookie.
