I have been traveling around Rome for years and I have rarely found myself in an uncomfortable situation like this in Bar H1; when I entered there was only one customer waiting for the tray with coffee and no one else besides me. I ordered croissant and cappuccino croissant (cold) served quickly but no cappuccino because everyone who entered after me had, how to say, priority?!?! Served by the 1st person who entered after me, then the 2nd person who entered after me then the 3rd, then the 4th and, at this point, the lady asks me what I was having..... I confirm cappuccino but, at that moment, they arrive quickly two ladies asking for 2 coffees promptly served and we are at 5. I then understand to be transparent and decide to give up the cappuccino but pay in full for the drink even if the lady insisted on offering me the croissant.... NO thanks I ate it and I pay for it. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
