Around 4 years ago I had an English Breakfast here and was shocked that it didn’t include bread and was changed extra. Madness, so I hammered a bad review then. Today I was pleasantly surprised that it was better default included in the price. Hence my good review. Pity I couldn’t give maximum star rating because the bread was Supermarket quality! Come on guys, get your quality right. Also in the web based menu you cannot skip the Cookie Consent. I had cookies. More madness. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: lei 40–60 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

BIG ATTENTION THEY CHANGED THE HOT CHOCOLATE. I used to go to B4 to have a nice strong hot chocolate. Today they gave me a cacao powder milk. I asked the waiter since when they had changed the recipe of the hot chocolate and the waiter told me they always had the same hot chocolate. I asked if he thinks I mistaken the place, in what he said they maybe added more cacao powder before. No guys, I cannot mix up the hot chocolate that I was always having with that cacao milk. But the worse is that he wanted to convince me that I was wrong. In addition we went there with a normal group of 5 people. Their reservation platform didn't gave me the chance to reserve a table. In the place they had a few tables that they claimed were reserved. We ordered, we paid and the table were still empty. Before I used to like this place, I hope they can comeback soon. At B4 was better before. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
