We’re truly sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations.We sincerely apologize for the long waiting time and for serving your meal below the standard we strive to provide. We also apologize that your gyros was served without tzatziki. This is not the experience we want our guests to have, and we will review what happened with our team to make sure it doesn’t happen again.Regarding the hummus, our recipe is inspired by authentic Middle Eastern flavors and includes cumin as one of its signature spices.
