Very bad experience. The allergy information on the menu was incorrect. If the friendly waitress hadn’t intervened and double-checked with the kitchen, my wife would have ended up eating contaminated food! That is absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, we had to wait an extremely long time for our food, to the point where we felt we had been forgotten. We suspected this was the reason why the dishes finally arrived cold. When my wife finally did get her food, it was cold and nearly inedible. The waitress desperately asked the kitchen, and they simply replied that this was “normal” and that they would just briefly put the cold food back on the grill. The fact that the potatoes were ice cold didn’t seem to bother the kitchen at all. My curry: a disaster. The chicken was bone-dry, the sauce extremely sour. The quality was miserable, and in the end, we had to pay a lot of money for this terrible food. The staff were very friendly and tried their best. The waitress not only spoke to the kitchen but also approached the manager on our behalf. Nevertheless, the manager never came to our table, even though we complained loudly and even sent the food back. At this price level, this is absolutely unacceptable. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50+ Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Dietary restrictions: Don't trust the allergy declaration. This place is "not" safe to eat with any disease.
