Hotel und Mannschaft sind ganz OK, hatte leider ein Zimmer neben dem Aufzug, der in der Nacht schon mal ziemlich laut war.

Unfortunately not a good experience at all. Just a bad idea to book for this place accordingly with their asking price per NIGHT that is RIDICULOUS EXPENSIVE comparing with their service . They have NO CLUE to KEEP THEIR BUSINESS GOING !! I am Canadian -Romanian and have travelled to Sinaia for a while then decided to book @ Arca lui Noe for few nights!!
I had an emergency and had to take off the last two nights which i paid for in advanced. I have tried to talk to them from a human perspective that i am going through a situation and i would like my money back for the last two nights that i would of take off and leave the room available anyways but they JUST DID NOT CARE AT ALL !!
Well that s what happens when business owners are becoming GREEDY AND IGNORANT they are loosing on a long run clients and upcoming business!!!
I also had the chance to meet a couple from Bucharest and have spoke with them as well regarding how they like the services and the place , they said they won t came back neither !!!
Food was not satisfying and pool was so VERY SMALL not like they shown in pictures !!
I don t think i have ever in my life made a complaint before but i felt sad and betrayed how some people they show no flexibility in EMERGENCY SITUATIONS !!
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED !! WILL NOT REFER ANY OF MY FRIENDS NOR COSTUMERS TO THIS PEOPLE !!!
