At Pancaldi, cured meats and cheeses (parmesan in particular) are a certainty!!! But the grass is also among my favourites...

At the Antica Salumeria Giorgio Pancaldi it is the best cold cuts I have eaten in Reggio Emilia. I always go to Pancaldi and every time it is a fantastic "experience of taste", the Parmesan is very good. All accompanied by tigelle and fried dumplings. Nice place, in the city center of Reggio Emilia, but it is advisable to book, because what is good, the place is filled with customers. Good choice on the menu of typical things, especially cheeses. The first courses, salads and cured meats are also excellent. Nice place with seating both inside and out. Helpful and kind staff. You also have the opportunity to buy typical local products. . . .
