What do you look for in Italy (especially) in a pizzeria? " UNIQUENESS ": "Antica Kroton" is unique for these reasons, which linked together mark the very meaning of its identity: - strategic position; - honest prices (despite everything and everyone); - certified product quality; - trained, serious and friendly staff; - menu focused on Calabrian cuisine complete with "PUCCE", but with Lazio influences; - availability to take home what you order unless you live on the Moon...but they will get there soon in my opinion ;) ; - they are willing to make you lasagna and PARMIGIANE of their own production to order (and you can't understand how many I got once for a party and everyone complimented me :) ); - dough leavened for 48-72 hours with hydration which, if I remember correctly, exceeds 80% (now for those who don't know, like I did some time ago, the more a dough is hydrated the lighter and more crumbly it is after cooking, creating alveoli); - possibility of eating both inside and outside; If this isn't enough for you... take a look at the menu like I did months ago... and notice that the uniqueness is immediately noticeable! Try it to believe it!
