In normal circumstances I would have given the place a 5 for all the cool things it offers in Almere for all ages. Last week we ( Myself , 3 yr old and my 10 months old along with friends who have kids of similar age) decided to spend the day there. I spent no less than 120 Euros between lunch and games to be later met by one of the most ignorant waitresses I have seen in my life. I was feeding my 10 months old some blueberries as a snack while she came up to me all pissed asking me to put it away with the : this is a restaurant, you buy food from here and you dont get your own I had to explain to her the obvious that this is a 10 months old who can not - accorording to anyone's basic logic - eat fries and whatever they had to offer. Well she continued with : Put it away as this is a restaurant. As I am not a fan of arguing with people who lack basic common sense, we ended up leaving. I am not sure if you should hire/train better people by explaining what kids can/cannot eat or simply explain that as long as you do not offer heahtly and SAFE food options for babies , she/the restaurant should expect people to bring in snacks to feed them. It is just using common sense while also being a bit nice when talking to people.
