Unfortunately I have to report an unpleasant episode that happened at Alice pizza in Via Tito Labieno. Entering the pizzeria and above the glass counter, I see a brochure displayed which reported the following offer, "two free drinks for every €20 of pizza purchased". For a cost of €22.45 I kindly ask the girl for two cans of coca-cola as per the offer, the girl replies that the offer is reserved for holders of their loyalty card, after pointing out that there is no sign on the brochure. 'what she said is written, she replies that even if it isn't written, for her it's just the way it is! I therefore tell him that in this way either misleading advertising was displayed or, in his right, he should have delivered the two cans as per the offer. Nothing to do, the "nice" girl says it's as she says and stop! Saddened, I therefore ask to be able to get the loyalty card, even if not necessary, and to finally be able to accept the offer, unfortunately the rudeness towards the customer continues by saying that she can't wait to go on holiday and closes the matter! Conclusion I pay what was asked for the pizza and water and then I take a can of coca-cola hoping for a miracle, but nothing, I go to the now "very nice" girl and ironically ask if it was offered or if it had to be paid for... the answer is obvious and as proof I attach photos of the advertised offer and the receipts.
