We landed at Al Focolare for an aperitif, we thoroughly enjoyed it, fabulous Spritzes (not the usual watered-down aperitifs) accompanied by a white pizza stuffed in addition to the classic olives, chips and peanuts. We enjoyed it so much that we made reservations for dinner. What can I say, a show, the tasty, abundant and refined dishes, the friendly and helpful owners, the icing on the cake the waitress Valeria, professional at best, very nice, you feel pampered. So super satisfied, we went back two more times for an aperitif and another dinner. We arrive at the menu the abundant appetizers the tagliatelle with roe deer dish of excellence, the ox filet we tried both with mushrooms and green pepper, both cooked to perfection and well seasoned, well cooked and tasty mixed grill. The pizza and pinsa well seasoned and light. The unfiltered beers and the bulk wine are excellent.
