Since I was staying at a nearby hotel and felt exhausted after a long day of activities, I chose this restaurant for dinner due to its proximity. As a hotel guest, I was entitled to a 10% discount. However, I didn't expect the dining experience to be so poor. When we sat down, no mention was made of a service charge, and at checkout, they didn't let us review our order before payment. I specifically showed the discount card provided by the hotel to the server, who clearly stated that the discount had already been applied. But when I paid, the amount was incorrect. After double-checking twice, I realized the discount hadn't actually been applied at all. The first time I asked about a service fee, the server denied it; but when I printed out the order confirmation, he suddenly changed his mind and said there was indeed a service charge. In the end, the server claimed they couldn't offer any further solutions and simply sent us away. Initially, I thought the food tasted good and intended to leave a positive review, but after this experience, I've decided not to recommend the place. Had lunch and everything was great! For 16 euros, you get a main, bread basket, coffee and water. We had the cheeseburger and chicken thigh. We also ordered the melon and ham as a starter. We enjoyed the food service was also friendly and attentive. We recommend it! Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
