Unser Besuch im Avlu war einfach perfekt. Der Service war herausragend – aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell auf höchstem Niveau. Das Essen war erstklassig und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Wir gehen regelmäßig in sehr gute Restaurants, aber hier waren wir zum ersten Mal – und wir sind absolut begeistert. Für uns gehört das Avlu definitiv zu den Top 10 Restaurants weltweit. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen und wunderbaren Abend! We had a wonderful dining experience at Avlu Restaurant inside Four Seasons Sultanahmet. Chef Özgür Üstün’s menu was truly impressive and every dish was beautifully prepared. My favorites were the warm hummus, siron, and the couscous with shrimp. For the main course, I tried the chicken, and it was exceptional, easily one of the best I have had. For dessert, the kadayıf and their signature flour halva were both outstanding. A beautifully crafted fine dining experience that I highly recommend in Istanbul.
