The restaurant featured a special Easter menu, which guided the meal. We were welcomed with a selection of amuse-bouches, including one with paprika and another with cheese and olives. The vitello tonnato was excellent, and the addition of a sorbet provided an original and refreshing twist. The tortelli stood out in particular—refined, well-executed, and full of flavor. I appreciated that the staff kindly accommodated my (late) request to substitute the lamb. Despite the multiple courses, the portions were well balanced, leaving us comfortably satisfied while still able to enjoy dessert. The pre-dessert—yogurt ice cream with date and sambuca—was a pleasant surprise, and the “memory of a pastiera” provided a satisfying conclusion to the meal. Sono stata a cena con mio marito per un menù degustazione 4 portate e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti: piatti sorprendenti, servizio attento e gentile, locale curato in una location molto suggestiva.
