Vikram restaurant is an authentic North Indian cuisine, absolutely divine taste and lovely presentation, great hospitality and fully committed owners support for my entire event dinner party organise, my all guest called me back and said the food was yummy and it is very different variety of dishes served, I am absolutely satisfied customer and we will organise again dinner with next event highly recommended food and restaurant, Special Thanks to Vikram, the owner helping me as an customer out of the way truly appreciated all the efforts. 5 out 5 star from me. Thank you for your prompt response Mr Vikram. I have revised my rating. I still feel the situation should have been handled better. It just felt like something fishy was going on and I wanted to let you know. I felt the manager was not presentable as a manager, he didnt even have a badge or anything that distinguished him from the other waiters. Thus I did not feel comfortable continuing with the transaction and I was already on my way out of the restuarant when he approached us to 'make a plan' I would like to make the owners aware of my experience at Vikram's. We were met at the door by one of the waiters. I requested a table for four. The waiter showed us in and said we can select a table. After we sat down, the waiter brought us the menu within a few minutes. Only at this time did he he inform us that there was a problem with their credit card machine and we would have to pay cash. I complained why we werent told this before we were seated. There was no response to this. We proceeded to leave the restuarant at which point the manager came and told us that they will make a plan. I found all this very odd to say the least. Firstly, we should have been informed at the door when we entered, secondly if they could make a plan then why tell clients there is a problem. Thirdly in this day and age of technology, where most establishments are going cashless, here's one that asks for cash instead??? Should the owner's wish to verify this incident they can post their direct contact details in response to this review and I will make contact.. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
