Der Service (zwei junge Herren) war am Samstag, 08.07.2023 unterirdisch. Wir wurden nicht bedient, nach 20 Minuten bin ich zum Kellner gegangen und habe bestellt und er hat Tische, die nach uns besetzt wurden, bedient und uns auf nachfragen gesagt dass er meine Bestellung vergessen hat...Haben uns dann ins Perfetto gesetzt und dort den Cappuccinon getrunken.

Today we were in Moers at the flea market in the city center and wanted to treat ourselves to some refreshment with ice cream and drinks. At the Eiscafe Riva we thought it would be an appropriate place. After we sat down, the waitress came out shortly afterwards and we thought it would be quick. Unfortunately she didn't come to us, but served the neighboring table and disappeared. The whole thing was repeated two more times. Then the waitress actually came to our table and took our order. The whole thing happened after an incredible 30 minutes. After about 15 minutes, the order was brought to the table by two people. We thought the other two orders would be brought out shortly afterwards and waited and waited. After a good 20 minutes there was still nothing and we asked the cafe for our order. The answer was succinct: "Sorry, we forgot!" After we received the rest of the order and it was time to pay, we had to ask the waitress several times to settle the bill with us. The third time, they shouted something for their benefit loudly after the bill, whereupon she literally freaked out and hurled a litany of accusations at us. We had no understanding for her oh-so-difficult job and she was in constant stress. Sorry, but if you do your job so badly and unprofessionally, you have to You can expect criticism, although I don't want to harp on the saying "The customer is king". However, that's exactly how it is when you work in service in the catering industry. This ice cream parlor has more than done the job for us and is in not recommended in any way.
