Staff who in my opinion don't know how to do their job, it was my turn and the girl was about to serve me when a customer (regular or more like a friend) came in and left me alone to serve her! But do we realize it? In my job I treat everyone equally because if I did like this girl I would no longer have new clients and then it's a question of professionalism, you don't treat people like that! The fact is that I was annoyed and left without buying anything, because all that was needed was a little more respect, perhaps saying a simple "sorry but I have to serve the lady for a moment first" and not leave me there like an idiot! Never again!

The excellent quality of the food is undeniable. The problem is the service, which shows the urgent need for some of the staff to take a course on customer management. Customers who sometimes wait biblical times to even be noticed. Once noticed, they must hope that the order is remembered by the staff during the short journey between the table and the counter. All it would take is a notepad (to always be used) and a little more supervision on the part of the more experienced staff and owners who instead seem to intentionally want to overlook the problem. The staff, when moving between the tables or when they look up from what they are doing from the counter, always look above the customers' heads, almost as if to intentionally avoid meeting their gaze and risk having to take other orders. To be noticed, customers have to get up and go to the counter, wave their arms, or simply wait for a stroke of luck. If and when staff pay attention to customers, they often do so in the wrong order and those who arrive last end up being served first. When they bring the order, you have to hope that it is the right one: almost always, whether the victim is myself or another customer, there is a wrong coffee or a dish not ordered. These problems can be corrected if, as I wrote, a minimum level of surveillance is implemented and staff is trained. All this when there is a normal flow of customers. At peak times, these problems are compounded by the lack of staff: you rarely see more than two people behind the counter or between the tables, but at lunch or in the morning (particularly on weekends), at least 4 people would be needed. The good thing about all this is that they got rid of the arrogant and rude waitress who surely scared away a considerable number of customers.
