I don't know what places she frequents but €1.20 isn't expensive, on the contrary! As for taste, I think he doesn't understand much if he thinks it's better than machines! But go ahead and take it there

I am a student at the University of Pisa, since on Thursdays at 11.30 the fashion cafe is the only place where you can eat something in the area, I went asking for a focaccia which costs €2.80. Once I paid with €5 I was given the wrong change even if it was only 5 cents, in fact the review is absolutely not for this gesture, but for how I was treated after kindly asking for the correct change since with coins I take the coffee, and I don't even have to justify WHY I ASKED FOR THE RIGHT CHANGE or am I wrong? Having said that, I am treated as if I had made a mistake in my calculations despite the coins still on the counter, and only after this blonde lady owner notices the mistake she arrogantly throws the coin at me and says: "well then for 5 cents my goodness", I reiterate that I'm a student in the cafe with a backpack. It's unheard of how much misery and zero professionalism it takes to treat a customer like this. As I left to go out the lady continued to yell insulting me for my request... don't set foot there unless you want to be served in this way, and I say this because it's not the first story I've heard of this nonsense from my university colleagues in this bar by the owners. SHAME!
