I have just spoken to our service staff, you were served by our trainees today. I will of course train them again in detail on customer friendliness. Likewise, even after Corona, it is not our style to treat guests unfriendly. For lunch, the kitchen and service are designed to serve very quickly. Unfortunately, we are in a quandary here. Due to the very short lunch break, a lot of guests expect a decent meal and enough time to enjoy it, but still be back at the company on time. We can therefore only offer you if you have more time to let our service staff know when placing your order, then we will deliver your orders to the kitchen later. During the “Happy Check” at the table, you are welcome to tell us directly from our employees what wishes and expectations you have of us.
